How long should I wear it each day?
Start with 20–30 minutes per day and gradually increase to 1–2 hours as your body adjusts. Most users see noticeable posture improvement within 2–4 weeks of consistent daily use. Avoid wearing it all day from the start — your muscles need time to adapt.
Can I wear it under my clothes at the office?
Yes — PostureAlign Pro is slim enough to wear discreetly under a shirt, t-shirt, or sweater. Most people won't notice you're wearing it. The breathable material also means you won't overheat during a full workday.
Which size should I choose?
Use the size guide above based on your weight and chest circumference. If you're between sizes, we recommend sizing up — the straps are fully adjustable so a larger size gives you more flexibility in fit. A brace that's too tight will be uncomfortable; slightly looser is always better.
Will it fix my posture permanently?
PostureAlign Pro works by training muscle memory — the longer and more consistently you wear it, the more your muscles learn to maintain correct posture on their own. Many users find they naturally sit straighter even when not wearing the brace after a few weeks of regular use.
Is it uncomfortable to wear?

Can I wash it?
Hand wash in cold water with mild detergent and air dry. Do not tumble dry or iron — this can damage the breathable material and hook & loop fastening.
