Refunds
We only offer refunds in the following cases:
- The item arrived damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
To request a refund, contact us at support@deskflow365.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and photos of the issue. We will review your request and respond within 2 business days.
If your refund is approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
Returns
We do not accept physical returns. You are not required to send the item back to us under any circumstances.
Exchanges
We do not offer product exchanges. If you qualify for a refund under the conditions above, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.
Delivery Times
Orders are delivered within 7–18 business days from the date of purchase. Delivery times may vary depending on the time of year, product availability, and current stock levels. We will notify you if there are any significant delays.
